POLICIES

Our goal is to provide all of our customers with prompt service and a problem-free shopping experience.
We respect your privacy and security. We appreciate your support. The Orchard at Altapass is a not-for-profit charitable organization with a mission to preserve the Orchard's lands and the heritage of the peoples who settled the region. Your purchase helps us achieve that objective.
Your email address will never be sold, rented, or shared with any other company/organization. The email address entered on the order form will be used to communicate with you about your order. If you would like to receive your e-newsletter, please visit our main site.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs are based on subtotal cost (does not include sales tax).
  • $39.99 and less—$14.95
  • $40.00 and above—$19.95
All products are shipped priority via the US Post Office (in most areas, a 2-day delivery). Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) of the date of your order. Please note, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. In the case of separate shipments, you will not be charged an additional shipping charge.
Sales tax is charged according to the area to which the item is shipped.

RETURNS

RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisified with your purchase, you may return it. It must be in the original condition and include the packing slip and/or order form. Returns must be returned within 25 days of purchase. Returned order(s) will receive a refund, less all shipping costs for the delivery and return of the item(s) except in the event the reason for the return is damage or defect. We are happy to refund with store credit sent by mail that may be used either online or in our General Store from May through October (no expiration date).

DAMAGED ITEMS:

We make every attempt to package your order to avoid damage; however when shipping glass products, damage can occur. If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately; we will replace the damaged product. Please contact us at 828-765-9531 with details of the product including order number and the defect. DO NOT consume any product if the glass jar is broken or cracked—discard it.
